As a software engineer I've been blessed with the opportunity to work on specialized development teams alongside other talented engineers in building the following applications:

LVC Solutions

LVC Solutions is a small company that provides AI-Powered IT Solutions to businesses. They leverage advanced technology, automation and intelligent design in pursuit of a smarter digital future. I am a Backend Engineer Intern on LVC Solutions' software engineering team.

Fair Job

Fair Job is a job portal application that uses facial recognition in conjunction with advanced AI to connect job seekers with opportunities, recruiters with candidates, and to prevent the fraud (fake accounts, fake postings) that we see running rampant in many other job portals. This application is built on the idea that talent, not bias, should be the determining factor in hiring. Our tech stack for the backend of this application includes TypeScript, Next.js, Firebase + Firestore, and AWS (for facial recognition). Click the image on the left to visit our website!

During my time in App Academy's Software Engineering bootcamp, I applied what I learned to build several full-stack projects:

Keyhole

Keyhole is a lightweight, minimal blogging interface that allows users to create and share text content within communities. The backend of the application is built with Python3 and Flask, using a PostgreSQL database. The frontend is built with React, and I used Redux for creating and managing a normalized global state. Fur Seasons

Fur Seasons is a simple, cat-themed replica of the Airbnb application. The backend of our application is built using Node.js and Express in JavaScript, our frontend is built using React.js, and we use Redux.js for state management. Locally, we built and tested our database and application using SQLite3. In production, we used a PostgreSQL database. Cash With Friends

Cash with friends is a replica of the Splitwise application. The backend of the application is built on Python3 and Flask with PostgresQL database.
